A lead engine, run for you, in your name

Leads attracted and answered while you're showing a home.

We run the ads, host the page, text and email the lead back within the minute, and book the call, all in your name, on a platform built for exactly this.

01 / What we do

Real estate lead generation, run for you.

Seven things a lead engine needs somebody to do every week. We do all seven.

  1. Set up your ads.

The campaign, the audience and the budget are built in our accounts. Nothing to plug in.

  2. Write, get approved and launch your campaigns.

We write the copy and the creative, put it through Meta's housing review, and turn it on.

  3. Rotate the ads and keep improving the offers.

Tired ads come out, new offers go in, and whatever your market answers gets the budget.

  4. Get you texting from a local number on day one.

Your number is in your market and texts under our carrier registration. Nothing to file.

  5. Host your funnel page and offers.

Your page, your offers and the questions a lead answers sit on our platform, maintained.

  6. Answer every lead in your voice and book the call.

Ryze texts and emails back within the minute, in your words, and books the Video Call.

  7. Fill your CRM.

Every lead, answer, message and booking lands on a row with its pipeline stage.

What you do is show up to the call.

02 / How it works

From a Meta ad to a booked call.

Meta ads for real estate agents, the page they land on, and every step after it. This is the whole path a lead takes.

  1. Your ads run and the lead lands on your page.

They answer five questions before they reach anything else: what they are looking for, when, what help they need, whether they have talked to a lender, and how serious they are.

One question on the page a lead answers, with its four choices.

  2. Ryze texts back within the minute, in your voice.

The message carries your name. Wizley appears once, in that first text, because the carriers require the brand to be there.

Hi Maria, this is Karrie with Wizley. I got your request for this week's off-market homes list for Sacramento and I'm sending it to your email now. What area are you looking in?

    As the lead reads it
  3. The conversation goes on by text and email until they are ready.

It drafts and waits when it is not sure, and it hands the thread back to you the moment a lead turns.

A lead thread with a reply that went out and the answer that came back.

  4. The Video Call books itself on your calendar.

They pick a time you are free and it is on your calendar. Reminders go out 24 hours and 1 hour before it.

The upcoming list on the calendar page, with a booked call at the top.
    From the app
  5. After the call, the notes land on the lead.

What was said is on the lead and in their thread, so whatever goes out next already knows about it.

03 / No cut

No cut. No contract. Your leads are yours.

The three things that decide what this actually costs you over a career.

  • No cut.

We never take a share of a deal you close.

  • No contract.

There is no term and no contract. Cancel any month.

  • Yours.

Your leads, their answers and their history leave with you.

  • Zillow, Realtor.com or a team

take a share of every close, and keep taking it for as long as that client buys and sells.

  • An ad agency

charges a monthly fee on a contract, and the work stops the day you stop paying.

  • A white-label CRM

keeps the site and the funnel when you go, because none of it was ever built for you.

We do the agency's work at a subscription's price, and you keep the leads.

04 / Ryze

Ryze, the AI that follows up for realtors.

An ISA answers your leads for a salary. This is AI follow-up for realtors: your voice, any hour, and part of a subscription.

  • Every reply goes out in your voice, under your name.
  • It drafts and waits when it is not sure.
  • It hands the thread back to you the moment a lead turns.
  • It never speaks as itself, and never claims to be a person.
  • It books the call.

A drafted reply

Held for you
The reply Ryze wrote and held, waiting to be sent or discarded.
From the app

Ryze drafted this and stopped, because the rest of the answer depends on something only you know.

05 / The Math

Run your own numbers.

Set these four to whatever you believe. The only figure we control is what we charge, and Wizley is the lowest price of anything that runs your ads and answers your leads.

How this is worked out

Across all online sources the average is 0.4% to 1.2%. Meta ad leads run 1% to 2%, and 3% to 5% is top-producer territory. Pick the one you actually believe.

The portal column pays no ad spend. A portal referral costs nothing up front, which is the whole reason agents take them, and charging it for a budget it never spent would rig this comparison in our favor.

The portal column assumes a 35% referral fee, which is what Realtor.com ReadyConnect charges above a $150,000 sale price. Zillow does not publish its rate.

The agency column uses $1,000 a month, the low end of what agencies publish for this work: retainers for social content and ads run $1,000 to $2,500 a month with ad spend excluded.

Ad spend goes to Meta under our column and the agency column. It is the same budget either way, and we never mark it up.

There are settings where a portal costs you less than we do, and this calculator says so when you are in them.

These are your assumptions, not our promise. Nothing here is a guarantee of results.

06 / Live in 72 hours

08 / Who built it

Who built it, and what it will not do.

Two agents at eXp Realty with a team of their own, who needed this before anybody else did.

Doug Smart
Karrie Hill, JD
  • Doug Smart

eXp Realty team leader, and the person who wrote this platform.

  • Karrie Hill, JD

eXp Certified Mentor, and a UC Berkeley Law graduate.

We run a team at eXp Realty. All of this started as the thing our own agents needed: ads that keep running, a page that asks the questions we would ask, and something that answers a lead at nine at night while we are at a showing.

So we built it, ran our own leads through it, and only then put a price on it. It is also why there is no cut of your deals. We already make our living the way you make yours.

Doug and Karrie

What it will not do

  • No result numbers, until they are ours to show.
  • Ryze does not phone anyone. It texts, it emails, and it books.
  • No Google search ads yet. Meta is what we run.
  • No MLS home search. Your lead answers questions, they do not browse listings.
  • Meta reviews every housing ad before it runs, usually within a day, and we tell you the moment yours are live.

09 / Questions

Questions agents actually ask.

The ones that come up on every call, answered the way we answer them on the call.

How fast can I start?

Under 72 hours from the day you pay to the day your ads are out. Day one is the build: your page, your offers, your calendar, your number and your campaigns, and your texting runs from that first day. Day two the ads go out and leads start landing. Your first month starts the day your ads can run, not the day you paid.

What do you need from me?

Your licence and brokerage details, the market you work, and a card. That is the whole list. Everything after it is ours to do.

Whose ads are they?

Wizley runs them, from our own accounts, and they carry your name and your face. You are not opening an ad account, building a Page or setting up a billing profile, and every lead they bring is yours.

What if a lead texts at two in the morning?

Ryze texts back within the minute, in your voice, at any hour. Where the right answer depends on something only you know, it drafts the reply and waits for you instead of guessing.

Do I need to be at eXp?

Not on Wizley Pro. You stay exactly where you are and nothing about the product changes. The Alliance price is the only thing tied to a brokerage.

Why is the Alliance price so low when some sponsors are free?

Because we are paid on the eXp relationship, and we would rather you weigh that with your eyes open than find it out later. A free sponsor puts a name in a field. This is the same product for about a hundred dollars a month, and we tell you exactly where our side of it comes from.

How do I know a platform is real and not a white-label with a logo on it?

Ask who wrote it. We wrote this: the funnel, the CRM, the follow-up engine, the ad rotation and Ryze. A white-label is a snapshot somebody licensed, which is why the last three you were shown all worked the same way.

Can I cancel?

Any month. There is no term and no contract. Cancel and the ads stop, your workspace goes quiet, and nothing further is charged.

What happens to my leads and my number if I leave?

The leads, their answers and their whole history are yours, and they export with you. The number stays registered to us, and we forward it to you for thirty days.

Does Ryze ever pretend to be me?

It writes as you, because it is your business and your name on the message. It never claims to be a person and it never says it is something it is not. Wizley appears once, in the first text, because the carriers require the brand to be there.
