The details

Everything about the bill.

  • What you pay each month

Your plan, your ad budget and a 10 percent fee on the ads.

    The exact terms

Your plan, plus your ad budget, plus a 10 percent ad creation and card processing fee on that budget. Example: Wizley Pro at $20 a day, over a 30-day month, is $500 for the plan + $600 of ads + $60 (10 percent of the ads) = $1,160.

The $20 a day is only an example. The smallest daily ad budget is $10 a day, anywhere. During setup we suggest a starting budget for your area.

  • No setup fee

Your first charge is the same as every month.

    The exact terms

One charge at sign-up: your first month of the plan, 30 days of your ad budget and the fee on it.

There is no setup fee, so your first charge is the same as every month: $1,160 in that example. We pay for your texting registration and your local number.

  • Ad credit that refills

30 days of your budget up front. We tell you before it refills.

    The exact terms

You set your ad budget per day. When you sign up, 30 days of it goes into your ad credit, charged with your first month of the plan. That month starts when your ads go live. There is no setup fee. Your ad credit goes down every day by your share of what your zone spends. When about 6 days are left, we tell you. At 5 days left we add another 30 days automatically, unless you paused automatic refills. If that charge is declined, we try again once a day, and after 3 days your share of the ads pauses while your seat is kept.

  • Texting, Ryze and video calls

Included, with fair use. No charge per text or minute.

    The exact terms

Texting, Ryze (your AI assistant) and video calls are included in your plan, with fair use. There is no charge per text, reply or video minute.

Any number of contacts. No fee per lead, no cut of your commission, no add-ons.

  • The ad creation and card processing fee

10 percent of your ad budget, one line on your receipt.

    The exact terms

10 percent of your ad budget. The ad creation and card processing fee covers making your ads and card processing. Your plan covers the whole tool: ads management, your texting and AI system, the software and all your usage, including every text, AI reply and video call. The fee is never spent on ads. It is one line on your receipt.

  • Pause for $20 a month

Ads stop. Your number and approvals stay yours.

    The exact terms

You can pause your account for $20 a month, in place of your plan fee, for as long as you want. Your ads stop, nothing draws on your ad credit, and nothing is texted or emailed to a lead, Ryze included. Your texting number, its approval with the phone carriers and your ads' approval, your contacts, your settings and your plan price stay yours, so when you come back you start again right away instead of waiting for those approvals all over again. Leads who text your number still reach you, and when you restart you are running again the same day. If you close your account instead, it costs nothing, but your texting number is released after the usual grace, so coming back later means a new number and a new texting approval. There is no setup fee either way.

  • Unspent ad credit comes back

To the card you paid with, if you leave.

    The exact terms

Ad money already spent is final. If you leave, unspent ad credit is refunded only to the original payment method, and the fee on that unspent part comes back with it. If you cancel before your ads go live, the plan fee paid at signup is not refunded.

If you leave, the fee on any ad money you did not spend comes back with it. If your ads never ran, the whole budget and its fee come back.

  • Your price stays the same

Locked for as long as you stay subscribed.

    The exact terms

Your rates are locked for as long as you stay subscribed: your plan price, with texting, Ryze and video calls included, and the ad creation and card processing fee on your ad money. What the ad platform charges for results can change; the percentage we add does not.

If our prices ever change, agents who are already paying keep the price they pay; only new agents pay the new one.

  • Where Wizley is open

Every state and DC except Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island and Utah.

    The exact terms

Every state and DC except Alaska, Hawaii, Rhode Island and Utah. In Massachusetts, Missouri, New York, Oklahoma and Nevada each agent runs their own campaign, with their brokerage named on the ad.

All prices are plus applicable sales tax.

Your budget

What your budget gets you.

A rough guide to the seller leads a month an ad budget might bring, at $40 to $100 a lead. Seller leads, because the ads ask homeowners about a cash offer.

Your daily ad budgetAd budget for 30 daysSeller leads a month, estimated
$10 a day$3003 to 7
$20 a day$6006 to 15
$30 a day$9009 to 22
$50 a day$1,50015 to 37

An estimate, not a promise. It assumes $40 to $100 a lead, depending on the size of your area. Your results depend on your zone.

That is more than the 2026 average for a real estate Facebook lead, $13.74, because each of these is a homeowner who asked what a cash offer for their own home would be.

The honest part

Not every lead becomes a sale. Some people never answer, and details people type can be wrong. Ryze scores every lead hot, warm or cold, so you call the likeliest first.

Every lead

What each lead tells you.

A seller who asks about a cash offer arrives with the home, a number to text and the first answers. Ryze gathers the rest before you call.

  • The home

The street address and ZIP, typed on the offer form.

  • A mobile number

With their yes to texting recorded.

  • When they want to move

Asked by text, in the first few messages.

  • Listed or not

Whether the home is already listed, or they are working with an agent.

  • The condition of the home

    In their own words.

  • Name, email and home size

When they share them, usually after they say yes to the offer.

  • A hot, warm or cold score

With the few words that explain it.

  • The whole conversation

Every text and email, kept with the lead.

  • Your call notes

Added after each call, and handed to your CRM with the rest.

Why they are selling, and whether there is a mortgage, are yours to ask on the call.

Your numbers

See what you keep, on your own numbers.

Set these four to whatever you believe.

These figures come from the numbers you set. They are your assumptions, not our promise, and nothing here guarantees a result.

How this is worked out

Industry benchmarks put online leads at 0.4% to 1.2%. Leads from social ads run 1% to 2%, agents who buy leads commonly report 1 to 3%, and 3% to 5% is top-producer territory. Pick the one you actually believe.

The starting cost per lead is $40, the low end of the $40 to $100 a lead benchmark from eXp's own seller-offer lead program. It is not a Wizley result, and yours can be higher or lower.

The referral rate sits inside Zillow's published success fee of 15% to 40% of the agent's commission, the top of it on seller connections (Zillow Preferred, as quoted by Jamil Academy, 2026).

The referral and team columns pay no ad spend: neither costs anything up front, and charging them a budget they never spent would rig the comparison in our favor.

Every column assumes the same number of closings, so the only difference is what each one costs you.

The referral column assumes 35% of the gross commission. Zillow-style programs take up to 40% of your commission at closing, and 35% is below the top of every published range.

The team column assumes a 50/50 split, which is what team agreements commonly set.

The agency column uses $2,500 a month, the bottom of what agencies publish for full-funnel work: $2,500 to $5,000 a month, ad spend excluded.

The agency column's term is 3 to 12 months, which is what agencies publish generally. Agencies run the marketing, not the answering: where answering and booking exist at all they are a paid add-on.

Teams publish no standard term, so the team column shows None rather than claiming an advantage.

Ad spend is the same daily budget under the agency and Wizley columns. Ours also carries the ad creation and card processing fee (10 percent), which is in our column and not in theirs.

There are settings where a referral costs you less than we do, and this calculator says so when you are in them.

These are your assumptions, not our promise. Nothing here is a guarantee of results.

Before you buy

What our ads offer homeowners.

Not every home qualifies, and no offer is promised. Whatever the offer, that conversation is yours.

  1. The ad

Homeowners in your zone see whether their home qualifies for a cash offer.

  2. A few quick questions

Your assistant texts the homeowner and asks them.

  3. You request the offer

In your own name, from the lead page, the same day.

  4. You talk it through

They meet you on a short video call, and when the answer comes back, you walk them through their options.

Money questions

The questions about money.

Ad money, cancelling, price changes and what happens if we shut down.

Is there a contract?

No. Month to month. The price and the ad creation and card processing fee are in Pricing. There is no fee per lead and never a cut of your commission. Zillow-style programs take up to 40% of your commission at closing; we take none.

How is my ad money paid?

You set your ad budget per day. When you sign up, 30 days of it goes into your ad credit, charged with your first month of the plan. That month starts when your ads go live. There is no setup fee. Your ad credit goes down every day by your share of what your zone spends. When about 6 days are left, we tell you. At 5 days left we add another 30 days automatically, unless you paused automatic refills. If that charge is declined, we try again once a day, and after 3 days your share of the ads pauses while your seat is kept. You can refill early or pause automatic refills any time. Ad money already spent is final. If you leave, unspent ad credit is refunded only to the original payment method, and the fee on that unspent part comes back with it. If you cancel before your ads go live, the plan fee paid at signup is not refunded.

Can I cancel?

Cancel any time, no contract. Ad money already spent is final. If you leave, unspent ad credit is refunded only to the original payment method, and the fee on that unspent part comes back with it. If you cancel before your ads go live, the plan fee paid at signup is not refunded. Your leads and their history export with you.

Why is the Wizley Partner price so low when some sponsors are free?

You are a member of Smart Agent Alliance, and you claim the price in the Smart Agent Alliance portal on a computer. We get paid through eXp's revenue share program, which is why the Partner plan is priced differently from the Pro plan. We are glad to go over how revenue share works on the sponsor team call.

Will my price go up?

Pro $500 and Partner $200 a month, with no setup fee and a 10 percent ad creation and card processing fee on your ad budget. If our prices ever change, agents who are already paying keep the price they pay; only new agents pay the new one. All prices are plus applicable sales tax.

Who is responsible if a lead complains about a text?

Wizley files your texting registration with the phone carriers under your own business name, sends your automated texts under it, and handles opt-outs: a lead who replies STOP gets no more automated texts. You are responsible for what you say yourself, in a text, email or call of your own.

What happens if Wizley shuts down?

Your unspent ad credit is refunded only to the original payment method. You keep your leads and your calendar. Nothing else is owed.
