Acceptable Use Policy

Last updated: September 20, 2026

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") describes conduct that is prohibited when using the Wizley platform and services (the "Services"). It is part of, and incorporated into, our Terms of Service. Because Wizley provisions sending identities, phone numbers, and messaging registrations on your behalf, your conduct affects the deliverability and standing of shared infrastructure. We enforce this AUP to protect all users.

Lawful use and consent

  • You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations, including the CAN-SPAM Act, the Telephone Consumer Protection Act (TCPA), and carrier and industry messaging rules (including 10DLC and CTIA guidelines).
  • You must have a lawful basis and any required consent before contacting a person by email, text, or phone, and you must honor opt-out and unsubscribe requests promptly.
  • You must not text or auto-dial contacts who have not provided the required consent. On our platform, SMS is gated on stored consent by design; you must not attempt to circumvent that gate.

Prohibited content

You may not use the Services to create, send, or promote content that:

  • Is false, deceptive, or misleading, including false claims of scarcity or fabricated results;
  • Is unlawful, defamatory, harassing, abusive, or threatening;
  • Infringes intellectual property or privacy rights;
  • Contains malware, phishing, or attempts to acquire credentials or payment details under false pretenses;
  • Relates to categories restricted or prohibited by carriers and messaging authorities, including illegal substances, unlawful firearms, hate speech, and adult content.

Prohibited conduct

  • Sending unsolicited bulk or spam messages, or purchasing or using contact lists you are not authorized to message;
  • Impersonating any person or organization, or misrepresenting your identity or affiliation;
  • Supplying false legal-identity information for domain, sending, or messaging registration;
  • Attempting to gain unauthorized access to the Services, other accounts, or related systems, or interfering with their operation;
  • Reselling or providing the Services to third parties except as expressly permitted;
  • Using the Services to evade suppression lists, consent requirements, or a prior opt-out.

Messaging and deliverability standards

You must maintain reasonable list hygiene, promptly remove invalid and unsubscribed contacts, and keep complaint and bounce rates within accepted industry norms. Excessive complaints, spam-trap hits, or carrier violations may result in throttling, suspension, or termination to protect the platform and other users.

Enforcement

We may investigate suspected violations and take any action we consider appropriate, including removing content, throttling or disabling sending, suspending or terminating accounts, and reporting activity to carriers, providers, or authorities. We may act immediately and without prior notice where necessary to protect the Services or comply with legal or carrier requirements.

Reporting abuse

To report a violation of this AUP, contact abuse@wizley.io.

Changes to this Policy

We may update this AUP from time to time. When we do, we will revise the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the Services after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance.
